MY PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO

My training room is situated in the beautiful “Parc du Bois” in Potsdam. It is perfectly equipped for effective personal training. The pictures show, what kind of equipment is available.

The space is suitable for maximum three exercising persons. Training sessions with more than three persons at one time will be taking part outdoors.

The location is perfect, because the sports ground of the OSZ1 Potsdam can be reached by feet within a few steps. I like to use it for training sessions that need more space.

Further special outdoor trainings can be carried out at the Ruinenberg, which is only around the corner.
